For us, hospitality starts with the small things. We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

You will find a small welcome in the apartment, with coffee, jams, honey, wine and rusks.

Together with the traditional Tsakalos bakery (Kallimani 1), you get a free breakfast ticket for every day of your stay, to exchange at the bakery for coffee, cheese pie and other treats.

A dream from our younger years, come true.

The story of Kalavryta Moments began with a dream: to make a warm corner in a place we love, beautiful Kalavryta, even though we are not from here.

We wanted a place that reminds us of our own village. A place where every guest feels at ease, as if coming back to their own home rather than staying somewhere unfamiliar.

Every detail was planned with the thought that we would love to stay here ourselves, to enjoy its warmth and make moments that stay with us for ever.

That is how the name Kalavryta Moments was born — from the warmth we looked for on our own getaways: that lovely feeling of arriving somewhere and knowing you are at home, in your village.

We hope your stay will be a warm experience full of good moments, and that it leaves you looking forward to coming back.

We don’t just want to host you. We want you to feel at home.

We believe a good holiday depends not only on the destination but on how you feel in the place where you stay. That is why we made Kalavryta Moments around warmth, comfort and familiarity.

We want every guest to feel they have found their own refuge in Kalavryta: somewhere to relax after a day in the mountains, spend time with the people they love and make their own memories.

In the heart of Kalavryta.

The apartment is opposite the rack-railway station and the health centre, just 50 metres from the main pedestrian street.

From here you can stroll through town, discover local shops and flavours, or plan your trips to the mountains and the sights around. Kalavryta combines nature, history, tradition and things to do in every season.

What you need to know before booking. If your question is not here, write or call us.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 with no latest arrival time, and check-out is by 13:00. You let yourself in with a key lockbox; we send you the code and instructions before you arrive, so you can arrive even late at night.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 4 guests (adults and children aged 6 and over), with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A baby can also stay in a travel cot, which we provide free on request.

Do children pay?

Children under 6 stay free and are not counted as guests.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. The price drops automatically when there are fewer than 4 of you: 8% for 3 guests, 12% for 2 and 16% for 1. Stays of 4 nights or more get a further 13% off. You see the final price before you complete the booking.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or IRIS. A 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due 3 days before arrival. Your dates are held for 48 hours until the deposit arrives.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation is free until 12 days before arrival, with a full refund. After that, the amount paid is not refunded. See the booking terms for details.

Is breakfast included?

For every night of your stay we give you a €5 breakfast voucher, to use at the traditional Tsakalos bakery (Kallimani 1) for coffee, cheese pie and other treats. The vouchers are waiting for you on the main table in the apartment. You will also find a small welcome basket with coffee, jams, honey, wine and rusks.

How is the apartment heated in winter?

With an energy-efficient fireplace in the living room, which heats the space efficiently, plus central heating and air conditioning.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free 96 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

How far is the ski centre?

About 14 km. The apartment is in the centre of Kalavryta, within walking distance of the rack railway, shops and tavernas.

Is smoking allowed?

No, the apartment is non-smoking.
